Yellowtail Roll

Another post about how amazing another dish at Pubbelly Sushi was.  This restaurant is more of a small plate sharing type of eating experience, but with this roll sharing was quite hard to do.  It contains snowcrab, chives,seasalt and truffle yuzu wrapped in green soy paper and topped with raw yellowtail and seasoned tempura flakes.  Nom Nom Nom...
