In the Design District of Downtown Miami there is GiGi, this barbeque/tapas/noodle shop that is open til 3 am during the week and 5 am during the weekends. They serve asian inspired dishes as well with a dinning experience that fits the artsy neighborhood of Miami.
This is their veggie buns and an order comes with two of these bad boys and it contains eggplant marmalade, cucumber, tomato, and crispy garbanzo beans that give it a nice crunch that mixes well with the soft bun and other flavors of the veggies. Complimented best with an ice cold beer, as you can see the bottom end of my glass on the top left hand corner of the picture. Great late night meal.
