Upscaled Buffet

Watching the Miami Heat defeat the Toronto Raptors Sunday afternoon in Suite Level seats with an all inclusive island style cuisine buffet was definitely a great cap to my weekend.  I chowed down on a seared scallop caesar salad, tropical fruit salad, yucca with parsley and fresh dolphin with smoked salsa.

Washed it all down with a nice glass of Disaronno Amaretto
