Strawberry Kiwi Caipirinha

I really wanted to make a mojito but unfortunately their was no rum in the house, so I decided that a Strawberry Kiwi Caipirinha would make do.  For those of you that don't know, Caipirinha is Brazil's national drink and you make it with Cachaca.  It is not considered to be rum but more of an alcoholic beverage that is in its own category, since it is made soley from sugarcane.  This drink is very easy to make where all you need is Cachaca, lime, sugar and ice.  But then again it is beyond my nature not to dress up this already very decadent drink.

Recipe:

2 ounces of Cachaca
Lime
Strawberry
Kiwi
Gingerale or Sprite
Agave Nectar
Mint leaves
Ice

Just slice and muddle all the fruits with the mint leaves and the agave nectar before adding the ice, Cachaca and soda of choice.
