Dessert Anyone?


Great idea for small parties or get-togethers as a dessert.

Honey tastes great but an actual Honeycomb just adds a little extra style and flavor to your dish presentation.





Recipe:

French baguette
Honey Comb
Sliced Strawberries
Green&Black's Organic Hazulnut and Currant Chocolate Bar
Caramelized Walnut

First cut the french baguette and slice into thin pieces, then bake in the oven until they are crispy but not burnt.  They should still have a light color to them, we just want them to have a nice texture.  Once the bread has cooled then it is time to start to assemble your dessert.  On top of the toast add a scoop of the honeycomb, add a sliced strawberry, some chocolate chunks and top it of with a caramelized walnut.

It is full of sweet richness that has a chocolately crunch and a nice smoothness do to the honeycomb.  Enjoy!
