REMAKE of Jasmine Coconut Curry Avocado Roll

So the first roll I made turned out great but I felt it lacked some texture so I decided to add pecans in it.  Why Pecans you ask? Well, first of all nuts in general are a good source of protein, high in fiber, omega-3 (which is the good fats) and can help lower blood cholesterol as well as too many other health benefits to list.  But I added Pecans because they add a specific sweet nutty flavor that compliments the rest of the ingredients in the roll well.

Also, if you felt as if the recipe for the Asian Habanero Chili Sauce was too overwhelming and just gave up wanting to attempt it by the length of the ingredients.  No need to worry I have a short cut.  Just go to your local grocery store or supermarket and look for spicy pepper jam.  Once you have done the tedious work of locating and purchasing it all you need to do is add sesame oil, soy sauce, grated ginger and maybe even some cayenne pepper to add a bit more kick to it.

Bon Appetit!
