Shrimp Rustica Gluten Free Pizza

This right here ladies and gents is a gluten free pizza that has fresh herbed shrimp, organic spinach, roma tomatoes, basil, feta cheese and a extra virgin olive oil garlic sauce.  It was divine.

The gluten free pizza dough is something different, but I really enjoyed it because of the texture and also because the crust was almost cracker thin. Plus its healthier than the regular pizza dough.
