For dinner tonight I decided to have a nice healthy salad after my rich but very appetizing lunch of the
seafood risotto and the
12-year aged vanilla icecream. This salad contains cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, kalamata olives, basil, ginger and orange beets (which I bought from Whole Foods) and drizzled with some balsamic vinegar and cracked pepper. Delish!!!
