Coal Fired Veggie Pizza




A special coal fired pizza that you will probably never see on any restaurant menu.  Nice and charred on the bottom just like an original New York style pizza, but this one was done in Florida.  Pesto sauce, organic spinach, artichokes, tomatoes, jalapenos, mozzarella cheese, coal fired roasted garlic cloves and sprinkled Parmigiano Reggiano cheese to finish it all off.


Here's a close up of all that goodness.  Even though the pizza had a lot of toppings no one flavor over powered the other and it just blended surprisingly well with eachother.  It surely was a treat!
