Guava Cupcake

Perfect size two bite mini cupcake.  I don't think you can get anymore Cuban and Miami than this right here.  This is a guava cupcake with cream cheese butter cream frosting topped off with a cube of guava paste.  If you have ever been into a latin bakery and ordered a guava and cream cheese pastelito or "pastery" then you know how good this mini cupcake tastes.  So so good and the little bakery that makes these cupcakes has a large amount of other decadent and tasty flavors.
