In a hole in the wall Cuban Cafe Restaurant on the side of the Expressway in Miami Gardens is where I had a late lunch this Friday. I had a small avocado salad with red onions and tomato, boiled pumpkin and yucca with mojo. All washed down with a large fresh $2 coco frio served with a straw. These rinky-dinky looking places always turn out to be the best. I will have to come back to have another coco frio and maybe take home some Mamey.
