Maine Lobster Salad

Maine Lobster Salad with caramelized shallots, french green beans, avocado, organic beets and lightly tossed in a white truffle vinaigrette.  What could possibly make this dish any better, was the complimentary champagne  that they serve to all their guests.  George's in the Grove
