No bread peanut butter and jelly sandwich



PBJ's have to be the quintessential childhood sandwiches, sweet and nutty and oh so good.  Well here is a healthier version with that same great taste of peanut butter and fruit, but it has less sugar and less carbs.  Organic unsweetened apple sauce, fresh ground peanut butter and summer cherries.  Great for an energy snack or a protein packed light meal.
