Caramelized Pear Pizza

Obviously not your traditional pizza toppings with gorgonzola cheese, caramelized onions, pear, macadamia nuts and mixed greens tossed in blue cheese...BUT justice does this pizza when cooked correctly in a coal fired oven. It was surprisingly very good, with a nice crunch from the macadamia nuts and the sweetness from both the onions and pear.
