Vegan Breakfast PB&J



This is basically my breakfast every morning during the week before my workout.  It is an organic hemp waffle which I cut in half after its toasted, organic blueberry preserves, fresh ground peanut butter (not from a can but the kind where you can grind it in a machine at your local market or whole foods) and a thick apple slice. This is my version of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich but with enough protein, carbs and omega 3's to get me through my workout.  Its simple and easy to make and great to take with you when you are in a rush or on the go.
